Outdoor Adventure Camp Reservations

River Riders Outdoor Adventure Camp now offers online registration.

To register your child for River Riders Outdoor Adventure Camp, go through the online registration process. Keep in mind that once you have paid there will be additional paperwork that needs to be completed that will be sent to you in your confirmation email, so don’t forget to look for that after paying.

Rates

5 Day Sessions:

Starting At:

  • Early Bird Special(Jan – Feb): $329
  • Standard Session Starts at: $379
  • Thursday before Session: $409

 

3 Day Session:

Starting At:

  • Early Bird Special(Jan – Feb): $259
  • Standard Session Starts at: $289
  • Thursday Before Session: $309

 

Shuttle Pricing:

Campers utilizing our shuttles will be charged an additional $129 for the 5 day shuttle per camper. We require a minimum of 10 campers requiring transportation per session and location in order for the shuttle to run.

We offer shuttle pickups and drop offs in:

  • Leesburg
  • Berryville
  • Winchester

INTRUCTIONS

  • When downloading the Registration Packet, a new window will open, please download the attached PDF to your desktop, and fill out the electronic PDF.
  • After all the information has been filled out, please Save the file, and attach it in an e-mail and send it along with the requested information.
  • Be sure to check each step off from this list to properly complete Outdoor Adventure Camp registration.
  • Make and send a copy of the camper’s medical insurance card (Front and Back) along with the filled out Registration Packet PDF.

Payment Schedule

$50 non-refundable deposit due at time of reservation.


Remaining balance due May 15th. Reservations after May 15th must be paid in full at time of reservation. Price includes all activities. 6% West Virginia sales tax and a $10.00 per camper per week in user fees will be added to the price of each camper. Please Contact us to get this set-up.
