Guests must drive themselves to the launch point with their pet which is only 2 miles from the main office check-in location. We always recommend that pet owners bring a PFD “life jacket” for their pets. River Riders also has a kennel rental option for those wanting to board their pet during their trip.

If you have a group, the River Riders Chef can provide full service catering and event facilities. Guests can also bring their own food to take on their trip or eat onsite afterwards. We do not allow outside catering without prior written agreement or approval.

Be on time. We cannot wait for late arrivals. Plan to check in 1 hour before your trip’s departure time so you will have time to get your gear and take care of last minute personal chores. We reserve the right to cancel without a refund in the event you arrive after your confirmed trip time.
