invites you to join our special 2009 Season Opener. This year River Riders is celebrating our 21st anniversary!

And we're inviting YOU to join us April 4th and 5th to celebrate over 2 decades of providing Outdoor Summer Fun and jump start our 2009 season! Our aim this year, in light of difficult economic times, is to bring you the R&R you deserve! Recreation and Relaxation are elemental to a healthy well balanced life, and we're commited to providing activities to quench your thirst and refresh your mind, at a price you can afford! So, kick off your summer vacation plans on April 4th or 5th and make River Riders your Day-cation Destination. We'll split the cost with you for a Shenadoah White Water Raft trip and guarantee your fun! This is the only weekend priced this way the ENTIRE season! Enjoy a 1/2 priced raft trip on the Shenandoah! Rates per person: Saturday April 4th $33 (regular price $65) Sunday April 5th $30 (regular price $60) Departures at 10AM and 2PM both days. We have rental gear available, and generally reccomend it for spring time trips. Rentals: Wetsuit and Splash Top Prices (per person, per item): Wetsuit $14.97 Splash top $6 Combo (wetsuit & spalsh top) $17 Things to bring and helpful tips "1/2 Price Raft drip on the 'Doah " The Shenandoah white water rafting is an enjoyable experience including both class I-III whitewater action and slow water solitude. Qualified guides accompany each raft trip. Rafts, paddles, life jackets, and shuttle to and from the river are provided. Each raft accommodates four to six guests. No previous rafting experience required. However, participants should have no fear of water activities, and you will get wet. Reservations are required. Trip cost is $55 plus tax.
