July 4th Weekend Twilight rafting trip

At 3 PM on Saturday, July 4, 2009 River Riders will have our annual special departure twilight rafting trip in honor of our nations birthday. The trip will include a July 4th Rafting Trip on the Shenandoah River followed by a steak cookout. The trip will wrap up in time to view fireworks in Baker Park in Frederick, MD.

Rafting

The Shenandoah white water rafting trip is an enjoyable experience including both class I-III whitewater action and slow water solitude. Qualified guides accompany each raft trip.
Rafts, paddles, life jackets, and shuttle to and from the river are provided. Each raft accommodates four to six guests. No previous rafting experience required. However, participants should have no fear of water activities, and you will get wet. Reservations are required.
