ReservationsReservations are required in advance. Online reservations are available or call (800)326-7238 between 10 AM and 5 PM. Reservations must be confirmed with full payment at least 7 days prior to your trip date (Group 30 days) by check or money order. Many weekend trips book full so make your reservation early. If space is available, reservations can be held on a credit card with less than 7 days notice.MealsThe Front Porch Cafe serves breakfast lunch and dinner under our pavilion. Open weekends and busy weekdays from May through September or by request for groups. Come early, stay late. ParkingYour help is needed. Please carpool as much as possible. We have very limited parking, especially on weekends. Besides, it's good for the environment.
Refunds & CancellationsDue to the cost of processing reservations, $15 per person is non-refundable. You may receive a refund for the balance of your payment upon notification made 7 days prior to your trip date. (Group reservations 30 days.) NO REFUNDS on cancellations or no shows less than 7 days notice (groups 30 days notice)Liability (please read)Tax ExemptionMany organizations are exempt from sales tax. Outdoor recreation activities in West Virginia are taxable. If you organization is tax exempt, you can receive an exception from paying sales tax. Form WV/CST-280 (Adobe Acrobat)* must be properly completed and submitted to us ahead of time along with a valid Business Registration Certificate.
