Thank you for your interest in joining the professional staff at River Riders. We are always looking to add high energy, qualified, customer service oriented folks to our operation in Harpers Ferry! Each job position has specific qualifications, but all positions require working with our guests in a fast paced enviorment. We require all of our staff to be motivated, friendly, professional, timely, and enthused about the outdoors. Weekends and holidays are a must. The outfitting industry is a wonderful, exciting profession for the right people. There are many different types of people who work at River Riders in a variety of positions. We have roughly 200 seasonal employees.
River Riders is a drug-free workplace. Pre-employment and random drug screening is manadatory.

For those of you from out of town who are interested in lodging. We have on site primitive camping available staff memebers over 18 and available for full time summer season work. Each year many of our staff memebers camp here throughout the summer for a small fee. You are welcome to do this as well! Other lodging may available in the Harpers Ferry area.
If you are a citizen of a foreign country, you must have all work permits, passports and visas BEFORE applying to River Riders.
