Thank you for your interest in joining the professional staff at River Riders. We are always looking to add high energy, qualified, customer service oriented folks to our operation in Harpers Ferry! Each job position has specific qualifications, but all positions require working with our guests in a fast paced enviorment. We require all of our staff to be motivated, friendly, professional, timely, and enthused about the outdoors. The outfitting industry is a wonderful, exciting profession for the right people. There are many different types of people who work at River Riders in a variety of positions. We have roughly 200 seasonal employees.

 

Please keep in mind, River Riders is a drug-free workplace.

Entry Level Positions at River Riders include:
River Guides (must be at least 18)
Zip Line/Canopy Tour Guides (must be at least 18)
Camp Staff (must be at least 18)
Sales Representatives (must be at least 18)

Shop/Maintenance Staff
Photographers
CDL Drivers

Management and Recreation Interns and Co-Ops

 

Management Positions include:

Sales and Service Director

Marketing Director

Operations Director

Food and Beverage Manager

 

For those of you from out of town who are interested in lodging. We have on site primitive camping available staff memebers over 18. Each year many of our staff memebers camp here throughout the summer for a small fee. You are welcome to do this as well! Other lodging may available in the Harpers Ferry area.

 

If you are a citizen of a foreign country, you must have all work permits, passports and visas BEFORE applying to River Riders.
