Shenandoah Flat Water Tubing Slideshow

Tubing On Your Own tubing on the Shenandoah River in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia is one of our most popular adventures.  Flat water tubing is the Sunday drive of all our River Trips, as it gives you the freedom to go wherever your tube takes you! Tubing on Your Own includes a tube, PFD (Personal Floatation Device), free shuttle transportation, and parking.

The flat water trip floats a section of the Shenandoah with a light current but no rapids. (Hey, it doesn't’t have to be white water to be fun!) The trip typically takes roughly 1 hour to complete, although water levels may affect the duration of the trip. tubing on the Shenandoah River in Harpers Ferry, West VirginiaDepending on water levels and trip times, you may float the section more than once. This trip is suitable for those looking for a relaxing experience  or groups with younger children (minimum age 4 years and 30 lbs). Trip times and locations will vary with water levels.

Alcohol is not permitted Harpers Ferry National Park. The inappropriate actions of a few have caused the Park Service to strictly enforce this policy.
