DESCRIPTION
Exploration of the 1800's ruins of the resort at Shannandale Springs is just outside of Harpers Ferry. Experience a wilder time in US history. 
The opportunity to travel through the heart of the Appalachians will put you in the midst of magic and beauty. We invite you to experience the ancient Shenandoah River in one of our many canoes. These lightweight, quiet crafts are ideal vessels for discovering the abundant wildlife that flourishes in these amazing riverine ecosystems. Paddlers often see: swimming Turtles, cavity-nesting Wood Ducks, elegant Egrets, Belted Kingfishers, fishing Osprey, and stately Great Blue Herons. 
You may even witness the majesty of our nation's bird-the Bald Eagle! This trip is ideal for wildlife viewing. We will supply you with your canoe, PFD, paddles, and the shuttle to and from the river.
Remember - the guiding is up to you!

$65 per canoe (2 ppl)
